本《CareerInsights平台用户服务协议》（以下简称“ 本服务协议 ”）是您与CareerInsights之间就注册CareerInsights用户账号及使用CareerInsights的各项服务等相关事宜所订立的协议。 为使用CareerInsights的服务，您应当仔细阅读并遵守本服务协议下的全部内容，特别是涉及免除或者责任限制的条款，该类条款可能以黑体加粗或加下划线的形式提示您重点注意。 除非您已阅读并接受本服务协议所有条款，否则您将不能注册CareerInsights账号或使用CareerInsights的服务，如您不同意本服务条款的任意内容，请勿注册或使用CareerInsights的服务，并应立即停止注册程序。如您对本服务协议的内容（特别是涉及免除或者责任限制的条款）有任何疑义，可随时按照本服务协议中列明的联系方式与我们联系，我们将根据您的要求为您进一步解释和说明相关内容。 如您勾选“我同意《CareerInsights平台用户服务协议》”并通过注册程序或其他任何方式使用或接受CareerInsights的任何服务，即视为您已阅读并同意本服务协议，自愿接受本服务协议的所有内容的约束。请您在决定注册或使用服务前再次确认您已知悉并完全理解本服务协议的所有内容。
The CareerInsights Platform User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred as to "Service Agreement") is entered into by you and CareerInsights, regarding the registration of a CareerInsights user account and the use of CareerInsights' services. In order to use the Services of CareerInsights, you shall read and comply with the Service Agreement in its entirety, in particular with respect to exclusions or limitations of liability, which may be bolded or underlined for your attention. You will not be able to register for a CareerInsights account or use CareerInsights' services until you have read and acknowledged all the terms of this Service Agreement. Immediate termination of registration or use of CareerInsights' services shall be taken if you do not agree with any of the terms of this Service. For any suspicion of the Service Agreement (especially the terms entailing the exemption or limitation of liability), do not hesitate to consult us at any time for further explanation and clarification of the relevant content upon your request, via the contacts listed in the Service Agreement. Upon checking "I agree with the CareerInsights Platform User Service Agreement" and using or approve of any CareerInsights' services via registration or any other methods, you are deemed to have read and acknowledged this Service Agreement and voluntarily accept to be bound by all of its contents. Please reconfirm that you are aware of and fully understand all the contents of this Service Agreement before you decide to register or use CareerInsights’ services.
您在使用CareerInsights服务前，应当仔细认真阅读本《CareerInsights平台用户服务协议》(下称“ 本条款 ”)中的全部规则的内容（ 特别是其中以加粗及/或加下划线标示出的关于CareerInsights服务及用户重大权益的规则，该等规则可能涉及相关方的责任免除或限制、法律适用与争议解决条款，请您重点阅读 ），确认对本条款及各项服务规则均已知晓、理解并接受，并已同意将其作为确定双方权利义务的依据。
You shall carefully read all the rules stated in the CareerInsights Platform User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") (Particularly, focus on the rules regarding the CareerInsights Service and significant rights and interests of users, which may entail the exemption or limitation of liability, application of law and dispute resolution provisions of the relevant parties), to confirm that you understand and acknowledge the Terms and the Service Rules, and agree to use them as the basis of determining the rights and obligations of both parties.
本条款的签约双方为CareerInsights服务的实际运营商深圳众益立德咨询服务有限公司（下称“CareerInsights”）与使用CareerInsights相关服务的使用人（下称“ 用户 ”或“ 您 ”），本条款是您与CareerInsights之间关于您使用CareerInsights网提供的各项服务所订立的服务条款，具有正式书面合同的效力。
The Agreement is agreed and signed by both parties including Shenzhen Zhongyilide Consulting Services Co., Ltd., the business entity and provider of CareerInsights’ services, (hereinafter referred to as “CareerInsights”), and the users of CareerInsights-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "You"). This Agreement contains the terms of service between you and CareerInsights regarding your use of the services provided by CareerInsights, functionally equivalent to an official written contract.
您理解并同意，CareerInsights将根据国家法律规定变化，运营需要，或者提升服务质量为目的，对本条款或各项服务规则不时地进行修改更新。
You understand and acknowledge that CareerInsights may revise and update the Terms or the Rules of Service in accordance with the revision of national legislation and regulation, business operation, or for the purpose of improving the quality of the Service.
一、定义
Key Definitions
1、 CareerInsights： 指是深圳众益立德咨询服务有限公司生产运营的互联网招聘平台，中文名称“职见”（为保持一致性，下称CareerInsights）。包括但不限于CareerInsights职见网、CareerInsights职见网移动版，CareerInsights职见客户端、CareerInsights职见小程序等形式的互联网平台。CareerInsights运用自己的平台系统，通过互联网络等方式为用户提供招聘信息、招聘企业信息、职位薪资信息、职位问答信息、公司评价信息等网络服务。
CareerInsights shall mean the online recruitment platform developed and operated by Shenzhen Zhongyilide Consulting Services Co., Ltd, “职见” in Chinese (herein after referred as to “CareerInsights” for consistency), including but not limited to, CareerInsights.com, CareerInsights Mobile, CareerInsights App, CareerInsights WeChat mini apps, etc. Over its platform system, CareerInsights will provide users with the information about recruitment, enterprises, salaries, Q&A of job opportunities, comments of companies and other web services.2、 用户： 指具有完全民事行为能力的CareerInsights平台使用者，用户身份包括招聘方、候选人及网站的其他所有使用者。
Users shall mean the users who use CareerInsights services, with full civil capacity, including recruiters, candidates and all other users of the website.3、 招聘方： 指经过企事业单位授权，能代表企事业单位发布招聘信息，进行招聘工作的CareerInsights平台用户。
Recruiters shall mean the users of CareerInsights who are authorized by enterprises and institutions to post recruitment information and carry out recruitment on their behalf.4、 候选人： 4、指有有求职需求，利用CareerInsights网进行职位浏览，投递简历，申请工作，参与招聘方的面试安排，或入职到招聘方等行为的CareerInsights平台用户。
Candidates shall mean the users who utilize the services of CareerInsights to browse job vacancies, submit resumes/CV, apply for jobs, attend the interview arrangements, and/or enter to recruiter’s on-boarding process, etc., based on their requests for job searching.
二、用户管理
User management
1、 您知悉、理解并同意，CareerInsights服务过程中，可能涉及收集、存储、使用、共享和保护用户个人信息。在您使用CareerInsights提供的服务时，您同意CareerInsights依据《CareerInsights平台隐私政策》的规定执行相关个人信息的收集、使用和共享。您进一步同意，就CareerInsights平台所产生的服务或其他与个人信息使用紧密相关的服务，您授权CareerInsights使用或允许CareerInsights许可的第三方在必要、合理的限度内使用您的个人信息，包括但不限于身份信息、简历信息，账号信息、联系方式信息等。
You understand and acknowledge that CareerInsights services may entail collection, saving, using, sharing and protection of users’ personal information. When using the services provided by CareerInsights, you give consent to the collection, using and sharing of personal information by CareerInsights in accordance with the provisions of the CareerInsights Platform Privacy Policy. You further agree that, in connection with the services generated by the CareerInsights or other services closely related to the use of personal information, you authorize CareerInsights to use or permit the third parties licensed by CareerInsights to use your personal information, including but not limited to identification credentials, resume, account, contact, etc., to a necessary and reasonable extent.2、 您知悉并同意，CareerInsights将按照有权网络信息主管部门的相关规定对您的账号信息及所发布的各项信息进行必要的安全审查及评估，保留并向有关部门定期报送您的账号信息及您所发布的各项信息。
You understand and acknowledge that CareerInsights will conduct the necessary security review and evaluation of your account information and the information released by you in accordance with the relevant regulations of the competent authorities of network management, retain and regularly report your account information and the information released by you to the departments concerned.3、 用户需要提供明确的联系方式，通讯地址，注册者的真实姓名或名称、资质文件（包括但不限于企业营业执照，注册者个人身份证和在职证明）等信息方能完成注册或者使用CareerInsights网服务。
Users are required to provide clear contact information, post address, legal name of the registered person, qualification credentials (including but not limited to business license, identification card of registered person and proof of employment) in order to complete the registration process or use CareerInsights services.4、 用户有权在CareerInsights平台上浏览职位信息，申请应聘职位，发布或者向招聘方咨询关于职位的疑问，发布客观、真实、亲身体验的在相关招聘方的工作经历，对招聘方的评价，面试流程，薪资信息，入职体验等。或者自行添加创建招聘方企业、完善平台中招聘方的名称、创立时间、位置等信息。
Users are granted the authority to use various services provided by CareerInsights, to browse job vacancies information, apply for jobs, post or consult the recruiters about the job, share objective and authentic personal work experience in relevant companies, as well as their comments on companies, interview process, salary information, on-boarding5、 用户知悉并同意，您在CareerInsights平台上所浏览及申请的职位均系招聘方所发布职位，如您因面试，应聘或入职产生任何问题或争议，您应自行与相应招聘方协商解决。
Users understand and acknowledge that the positions viewed and applied for via CareerInsights are all posted by recruiters. Any disputes arising from interviews, job applications, on-boarding processes shall be negotiated and settled between users and recruiters.6、 用户知晓并同意，他人可能通过提交相关证明文件包括但不限于营业执照，身份信息，在职信息等获得用户在CareerInsights平台中添加的企业条目之管理权限，认证权限，并可能对用户添加、完善之信息进行修改或者使用。
Users understand and acknowledge that others may obtain the authorities of administration, and authentication, modify or use the information added or completed by users, in the ways of submitting supporting credentials including but not limited to business license, information of identity and employment, etc.7、 用户有权根据CareerInsights相关规定，在发布信息等贡献后，取得CareerInsights给予的奖励（如贡献值、积分、等级提升、徽章等）。
Users shall be granted rewards (such as contribution value, points, level promotion, badges, etc.) in accordance with the relevant regulations of CareerInsights, on condition of releasing useful information and other contributions.8、 用户确认已经仔细阅读并充分理解和自愿同意CareerInsights《平台信息发布规则》的全部规定。在发布信息时，您应确保该等信息的真实性、客观性、合法性。CareerInsights提倡用户贡献高质量的企业工作体验评价信息。用户应确保在CareerInsights上发表的各类企业评价信息均不涉及侵犯第三方隐私、著作权或其他合法权益。用户需维护评价的客观性，不得利用CareerInsights用户身份进行违反诚信的任何行为，包括但不限于：
Users shall carefully read, fully understood, confirm and acknowledge voluntarily to all the provisions of CareerInsights "Platform Information Release Rules". When posting information, users shall ensure that such information is true, objective, and legitimate. CareerInsights advocates for users to contribute quality information about their work experience in cooperates. Users is obligted to ensure that all types of business reviews published on CareerInsights do not violate the privacy, copyright or other legitimate rights and interests of the third parties. Users are required to maintain the objectivity of their comments and not to engage in any violation of their integrity on behalf of CareerInsights users, including but not limited to.(1) 候选人用户：
Of candidates
a) 恶意绕开审核，利用虚假信息注册CareerInsights网；
Maliciously dodging of verification and using fake information to register for an account of CareerInsights. b) 创建虚假简历；
Creation of fake resume/CV.
c) 在职位问答中发布违反国家法律规定，涉及第三方利益，或者有违社会公序良俗的违规恶意评论；
Posting malicious comments in Q&A section, which violate national legislation and regulation, the interests of the third parties, social morals and public ordersspecu.
d) 炒作并向招聘方收取费用或者获取利益；
Speculation and charge for fees or benefits from recruiters.
e) 为获得利益好处，参与或组织撰写及发布虚假评价；
Participating in or organizing the writing and publication of false comments to obtain benefits.
f) 以差评威胁，要求企业提供额外的利益或者好处；
Threatening companies with bad reviews to obtain additional benefits or advantages.
g) 以虚构事实，侮辱，诽谤等方式而已诋毁CareerInsights网或者相关招聘方商誉；
Slandering CareerInsights or the recruiters concerned by falsification, insults, defamation, etc.
h) 进行其他影响评价客观，干扰扰乱CareerInsights正常秩序的违规行为等。
Other violations of the objectivity of reviews, and interferences in normal order of CareerInsights, etc.
(2) 招聘方用户：
Of recruiters：
a) 恶意绕开审核，利用虚假信息注册CareerInsights网，开通招聘功能；
Maliciously detouring verification and using fake information to register for the recruitment function of CareerInsights.
b) 创建虚假招聘方信息，编造企业名称，商标，规模，成立时间，工作环境招聘及办公地址等；
Creation of recruiter’s false information, fabrication of company’s name, logo, scale, time of foundation, working environment, office address, etc.
c) 发布虚假职位信息，夸大职位薪资，编造工作内容，工作地点等；
Publication of false job vancacy information, inflated salaries, falsification of job content, office address, etc.
如您存在以上行为的，CareerInsights有权采取如下行动：
Upon user’s commit of the above, CareerInsights has the right to take the following actions.
(1) 违规信息将作屏蔽，视情节轻重发出警告；
Illegal information will be blocked and a warning will be issued in accordance with the severity of the breach.(2) 清除其所有评价内容，取消用户等级、社区等级，屏蔽其发布的涉及商业性炒作的帖子；
Disclose all your reviews, remove your user and community ratings, and block the posts containing commercial hype.(3) 暂时限制/永久限制您使用账号在CareerInsights平台上发布信息；
Temporary/permanent limitation on the use of your account to post information on the CareerInsights platform.(4) 诉诸法律、行政法规、本条款规定的其他方式。
Resort to the law, administrative regulations and other means provided in the policy.
9、 禁止用户将CareerInsights以任何形式作为从事各种非法活动的场所、平台或媒介。未经CareerInsights的授权或许可，用户不得借用CareerInsights的名义从事任何商业活动，也不得以任何形式将CareerInsights作为从事商业活动的场所、平台或媒介。
Users are prohibited to put CareerInsights as a place, platform or medium to engage in various illegal activities. Without the authorization or permission of CareerInsights, users are not allowed to engage in any commercial activities in the name of CareerInsights.10、 您违反本条款、或CareerInsights不时发布的任何服务规则， 则CareerInsights有权在法律允许的范围内采取一切必要的措施，包括但不限于删除用户发布的内容、取消用户在CareerInsights获得的评级、荣誉以及虚拟财富，暂停或终止您对CareerInsights的使用。 给CareerInsights造成损失的，您应负全部赔偿责任，包括且不限于财产损害赔偿、名誉损害赔偿、诉讼费、律师费、公证费、交通费等因维权而产生的合理费用。CareerInsights有权按照本条款的相关规定对您的行为进行处理。
Users are prohibited to put CareerInsights as a place, platform or medium to engage in various illegal activities. Without the authorization or permission of CareerInsights, users are not allowed to engage in any commercial activities in the name of CareerInsights.
三、服务终止
Termination of services
1、 您同意CareerInsights有权修改或中断其向您提供的任何免费服务而无需事先通知您。您与CareerInsights进行的有偿交易，您同意CareerInsights有权在事先通知的情况下予以修改、中断，并按照公平、诚实信用、等价有偿的原则处理后续事宜。
You agree that CareerInsights reserves the right to modify or discontinue any free services it provides to you without notifying you in advance. For the paid transaction between you and CareerInsights, you agree that CareerInsights has the right to modify or interrupt it with prior notice, and handle subsequent matters in accordance with the principles of fairness, honest, and equitable basis.2、 如您的账号同时符合以下条件，则CareerInsights有权利终止您使用CareerInsights网。这将导致您的账号不能再登录CareerInsights，相应服务亦同时终止：
If your account meets the following conditions, then CareerInsights has the right to terminate your use of CareerInsights. This will result in your account no longer being able to log in to CareerInsights and the corresponding service will be terminated.(1) 连续六个月未登录；
Not logged in for six consecutive months.(2) 不存在未到期的有效业务
No valid business that has not expired.(3) 终止您的账号和服务的行为不违反相关法律法规的强制性规定。
The termination of your account and service does not violate the mandatory provisions of relevant laws and regulations.
3、 如您对本条款及其不时修订有任何异议的，您有权停止使用CareerInsights的各项服务，或通过客服等渠道告知CareerInsights停止对您提供服务。停止服务后，除法律法规另有明确规定外，CareerInsights有权（但无义务）保留您的账号访问CareerInsights的相关信息和数据，或留存、转发任何账号内的任何站内信息或短消息。在此情况下，CareerInsights没有义务（但有权利）向您或代为向企业或其他第三方传送任何信息。您同意CareerInsights不就终止CareerInsights服务而对您或任何第三方承担任何责任。
If you have any objection to these Terms and Conditions, you have the right to stop using the services of CareerInsights, or inform CareerInsights to stop providing services to you through customer service or other channels. After the termination of the services, CareerInsights has the right (but is not obligated) to keep your account to access to CareerInsights related information and data, or to retain and forward any message from any account, except for the circumstances indicated clearly in the provisions of laws and regulations. In this case, CareerInsights has no obligation (but the right) to transmit any information to you or on behalf of the company or other third parties. You agree that CareerInsights disclaims any liability for the termination of CareerInsights services to you or any third parties.4、 您同意，您与CareerInsights的合同关系终止后，CareerInsights就您在使用CareerInsights服务期间存在违法行为或违反本条款和／或其他服务规则的行为的，仍可依据本条款向您主张权利。
You agree that after the termination of your contractual relationship with CareerInsights, CareerInsights may still assert its rights against you in accordance with the Terms if there is any violation of the Terms and/or other service rules during your use of CareerInsights services.
四、知识产权及其它权利
Intellectual property and other rights
1、 内容归属和侵权担保
(1) 用户使用CareerInsights提供的服务时上传、发布的内容（包括但不限于图片、评论、文章、音频、视频，下同）的知识产权均归用户本人或原始著作权人所有。用户应保证上传、发布的内容均属原创或已获得合法授权，因侵犯他人知识产权而引发纠纷的，用户须自行承担全部责任，CareerInsights对上述纠纷免责，若造成CareerInsights损失的，CareerInsights有权按照法律规定索赔以维护合法权益。在法律允许的范围内，CareerInisghts保留删除平台内各类不符合规定的点评信息或者其他任何信息而不通知用户的权利。
The intellectual property rights of the content, including but not limited to pictures, comments, articles, audio, video, belong to the user or the original copyright owner when the users use the services provided by CareerInsights to upload and publish the above content. The users shall ensure that the uploaded and published content is original or has been legally authorized. If disputes arise due to infringement of the intellectual property rights of others, the users shall bear all responsibilities by himself/herself. CareerInsights is exempt from the above disputes. If it causes the loss of CareerInsights, CareerInsights has the right to claim compensation in accordance with the law to protect legal rights and interests. To the extent permitted by law, CareerInisghts reserves the right to delete all kinds of non-compliant reviews or any other information on the platform without notifying users.(2) 若无特别说明或者法律特别规定，CareerInsights在平台及相关服务中提供的内容（包括但不限于产品、技术、程序、软件、网页、文字、图片、音频、视频、榜单、版面设计、数据、信息等）的知识产权归属CareerInsights。
If there is no special instructions or provisions of the law, the intellectual property rights of content provided by CareerInsights on the platform and related services, including but not limited to products, technologies, programs, software, web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, rankings, layout design, data, etc., belong to CareerInsights.
2、 用户内容给CareerInsights的授权
Authorization of user content to CareerInsights(1) 用户通过CareerInsights平台上传、发布的内容（包括但不限于图片、评论、文章、音频、视频等），授予CareerInsights免费的、永久的、不可撤销的、全球范围内的、可转授权的独家许可（包括但不限于复制权、信息网络传播权、改编权、汇编权、修改权、翻译权、制作衍生品、表演和展示等）。
The content, including but not limited to pictures, comments, articles, audio, video, etc., uploaded and published by users through CareerInsights is granted to CareerInsights for free, permanent, irrevocable, worldwide, and sub-licensable exclusive license, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, information network dissemination, adaptation, compilation, modification, translation, production derivatives, performances and exhibitions, etc.(2) 除候选人简历信息，招聘方职位信息，招聘方公司信息（如商标，公司名称，品牌名称，简介，成立时间，照片，视频等）或CareerInsights另有书面声明或法律有特别规定外，用户通过CareerInsights平台发布的信息一经发布即向公众传播，且用户保证不会将已发表于CareerInsights平台的职位问答，公司评价，面试评价，工作体验，薪资信息，帖子，文章，视频，图片等任何内容和信息，以任何形式发布或授权其它第三方使用。若第三方侵犯前述知识产权，CareerInsights有权单独采取各种措施追究第三方的法律责任（包括但不限于以CareerInsights的名义独立进行侵权取证、提起诉讼或仲裁、调解、和解等）。
Except for the candidate's resume information, job information, company information (such as trademark, company name, brand name, introduction, establishment time, photos, videos, etc.), written statement by CareerInsights or specified by law, the information released by users through CareerInsights will be disseminated to the public. Users guarantee that they will not share the job Q&A, company evaluation, interview evaluation, work experience, salary information, posts, articles, videos, pictures, etc. that have been published on CareerInsights in any form or authorize other third parties to use it. If a third party infringes on the aforementioned intellectual property rights, CareerInsights has the right to independently take various measures to pursue the legal liability of the third party (including but not limited to independent infringement evidence collection, litigation or arbitration, mediation, settlement, etc. in the name of CareerInsights).
3、 禁止行为
Limits
除法律特别规定或者政府明确要求外，在未取得CareerInsights书面明确许可前，任何单位或者个人不得将CareerInsights的任何知识产权对象进行任何目的的使用，任何单位或个人不得以任何方式对CareerInsights平台上的任何内容和信息作全部和局部的复制、转载、引用和链接，任何单位或者个人不得以任何方式引诱、要求CareerInsights注册用户或者第三方复制转载CareerInsights平台内容或者同意该单位或者个人复制转载CareerInsights平台内容，亦不得通过技术手段扫描、探测、抓取CareerInsights平台内容。任何注册用户将在CareerInsights注册用户名和密码提供给任何第三方用于许可其复制CareerInsights平台内容的，将构成对《CareerInsights平台用户服务协议》的违反，并可能导致其账户被关闭或者处罚。任何违反本知识产权声明的行为，CareerInsights保留追究行为人法律责任的权利。
Except as otherwise stated in the law or expressly required by the government, no organization or individual can use any copyright object of CareerInsights for any purpose without obtaining the express written permission of CareerInsights. No organization or individual can use any content including all and partial copying, sharing, quoting and linking of the content and information on CareerInsights in any way. No unit or individual shall induce or require registered users of CareerInsights or a third party to agree to copy and share the contents in any way of CareerInsights. The content of CareerInsights shall not be scanned, probed, or captured by technical means. Any registered user who provides the registered user name and password on CareerInsights to any third party for permission to copy the content of CareerInsights will constitute a violation of the CareerInsights Platform User Service Agreement and may result in its account being closed or penalized. For any violation of this Intellectual Property Right Statement, CareerInsights reserves the right to pursue the legal responsibility of the perpetrator.4、 侵权投诉指引
Guide to Copyright Complaints
CareerInsights重视知识产权保护，反对侵犯知识产权的行为。若权利人认为CareerInsights平台中其他用户或招聘方发布的内容侵犯自身的知识产权或其他合法权益的，可以通过“CareerInsights帮助邮箱”（help@careerinsights.com）进行投诉说明，并应提供具有证明效力的证据材料。CareerInsights在书面审核材料后，有权依据《中华人民共和国侵权责任法》《信息网络传播权保护条例》等法律法规及《CareerInsights平台用户服务协议》在不事先通知相应发布者的情况下自行删除相关内容
CareerInsights values the protection of intellectual property rights and opposes infringement of intellectual property rights. If the right holder believes that the content posted by other users or recruiters on the CareerInsights infringes their own intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests, they can use the "CareerInsights Help Email" (help@careerinsights.com) to make a complaint and description with effective supporting documents. After reviewing the written documents, CareerInsights has the right to delete relevant documents without prior notice to the corresponding publisher in accordance with the "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations for the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Network" and other laws and regulations, and the "CareerInsights Platform User Service Agreement".(1) 用户确认其已经仔细阅读并同意CareerInsights的 《知识产权声明》 。该声明为本条款之重要组成部分。
The users acknowledge that he/she has carefully read and agreed to CareerInsights' Intellectual Property Statement. The operating system and related services of CareerInsights are developed, technically supported, and operated by CareerInsights. CareerInsights has all the rights to the data and information generated in the development, operation, and related services. The copyright, patent rights, trademarks, commercial images, technical know-how, copyrights, trademark rights and other related rights are owned by CareerInsights.

(1) 除非CareerInsights以书面形式明确约定，CareerInsights对于用户以任何方式（包括但不限于包含、经由、连接或下载）从CareerInsights所获得的任何由招聘方发布的内容信息，包括但不限于招聘方企业信息、招聘信息，招聘方评价等，不保证其准确性、完整性、可靠性。用户应当自行审核判断相关信息，并对于用户因CareerInsights上的内容信息而应聘、提交简历、参加企业后续的面试安排，入职等行为应自行承担责任和风险。用户因此受损的，CareerInsights在法律允许的最大范围内予以免责。CareerInsights内所有用户所发表的企业评价、企业信息等，仅代表用户个人观点，并不表示CareerInsights赞同其观点或证实其描述，CareerInsights在法律允许的最大范围内予以免责。
Unless CareerInsights expressly acknowledges in written form, CareerInsights disclaims all warranties of accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content information, including but not limited to, corporate information, recruitment information, corporate evaluation, obtained by users from CareerInsights by any means. Users shall review and judge the relevant information and be responsible for the risk in applying for jobs, submitting resumes, participating in the subsequent interviews, and joining companies. The corporate evaluations and corporate information published by all users only represent their personal views, does not mean that CareerInsights agrees with the opinions or confirm the description. CareerInsights disclaims all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.(2) 您同意并理解，针对企业发布的职位信息，CareerInsights并非您所应聘申请的具体职位的提供者者或者代理者。您同意，针对该等职位以及相关后续应聘申请流程中所产生的任何矛盾和纠纷均不应针对CareerInsights提出。在法律允许的范围内，CareerInsights不对上述服务承担包括解释说明、赔偿在内的任何责任。
You acknowledge and understand that CareerInsights is not the provider or agent of the specific position you are applying for. You agree that CareerInsights disclaims any and all liability for any conflicts and disputes arising from these positions and related subsequent application procedures. To the extent permitted by law, CareerInsights does not assume any responsibility for the above services, including explanations and compensation.(3) 您在CareerInsights平台上传、发布任何信息或者内容的，应当自行保留备份。CareerInsights不对用户所发布信息的保存、修改、删除或储存失败负责，对CareerInsights上的非因CareerInsights故意所导致的排字错误、疏忽等不承担责任。CareerInsights有权但无义务，改善或更正CareerInsights任何部分之疏漏、 错误。
You ought to keep a backup of the information and content you upload and post on CareerInsights. CareerInsights is not responsible for any failure to save, modify, delete or store the information posted by you. CareerInsights is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions that are not intentionally caused by CareerInsights. CareerInsights has the right but not the obligation to improve or correct any omissions or errors.(4) 您知悉CareerInsights在其平台上所公布的各项数据系根据用户真实浏览、访问次数、申请次数等数据自行生成，并无人工干预。该等数据仅为您选择申请职位或了解相应企业提供参考，不涉及任何企业付费宣传。
You understand that the data published by CareerInsights on its platform are based on the user's actual browsing, number of visits, number of applications and other related data, without manual intervention. This data is only as a reference during applying for a position or learning about the corresponding company, does not involve any corporate paid advertising.(5) CareerInsights有权在法律允许范围内，在不通知您的情况下删除任何用户发布的不符合本条款及各项服务规则以及法律规定的信息。CareerInsights将不对删除该等信息给您造成的不便或损失承担责任。
CareerInsights has the right to delete any user-published information that does not comply with these terms, service rules and legal requirements without notifying you, to the extent permitted by law. CareerInsights will not be liable to you for the inconvenience or loss by deleting such information.(6) 您同意，在法律许可范围内，CareerInsights在任何情况下都不对任何个人或实体的直接、间接、偶然、特殊、惩罚性的损害或其他损害或损失承担责任，这些损害或损失包括但不限于：

If you suffer any insult, defamation, omission, dispute or personal injury due to the third party when you use the CareerInsights service, CareerInsights does not assume any legal responsibility, to the extent permitted by law.(3) 其他不可抗力及免责事由。

6、 争议解决
Dispute resolution
(1) 您同意并理解，如您因通过CareerInsights平台申请及应聘任何职位而产生任何纠纷的，CareerInsights可在法律法规要求的范围内协助您与争议对方进行协商调解。您同意，CareerInsights有权向争议双方了解情况，并将所了解的情况通过必要方式通知对方。但您理解并同意，CareerInsights无任何义务对您与企业之间的任何争议承担任何责任
You acknowledge and understand that if you have any dispute arising from any position application through CareerInsights, CareerInsights can assist you to negotiate with the other party, to the full extent permitted by law. CareerInsights has the right to know the situation from both parties and inform the other party of the situation through necessary methods. However, you understand and acknowledge that CareerInsights shall have no obligation to accept any liability for any dispute between you and the corporation.(2) 若您与CareerInsights因本条款内容或其执行发生任何争议，双方应尽力友好协商解决；协商不成时， 任何一方均可向本条款签订地（深圳市宝安区）有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
If any dispute arises between you and CareerInsights regarding the contents of these Terms or implementation, both parties shall endeavor to resolve the matter amicably. In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation, either party can be litigated in the People's Court having jurisdiction (Bao'an District, Shenzhen).(3) 若您与CareerInsights因本条款内容或其执行发生任何争议，双方应尽力友好协商解决；协商不成时， 任何一方均可向本条款签订地（深圳市宝安区）有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
If any dispute arises between you and CareerInsights regarding the contents of these Terms or implementation, both parties shall endeavor to resolve the matter amicably.
